We bought 4 pre-rolls of a particular strain recently and all of them had some kind of defects.. most or them came loosely rolled and the content was leaking. They have a no return or refund policy for pre rolls and that is very deceptive. We bought another one today and it came empty. Growers - you are literally robbing your customers. This is not a one off incident and looks like it is only getting worser day by day.
