| Called tonight and a lady answered and had very frowned upon customer service, I called asking to hear the cheapest options they have available and she proceeded to tell me in a disrespectful manner "I don't know off the top of my head" then I asked a second question "do you have milled or shredded?" And she proceeded to respond with the same stated that she "does not know off the top of her head" and when I proceeded to ask if she was able to check and put me on hold she continued to tell me in a rude tone "I'm in the back you can check the website" and left it at that. I have called several other dispensaries today and they were all able to let me know a price or price range at least but she didn't want to help me with service of her job whatsoever, I will never spend money here until I'm sure they fix this issue with disrespectful service. | ||
