The lack of menus was the worst. The screen moves too quick to read or compare anything and there's no printed alternative. Staff were kind enough to let me use the POS tablet to look at their online store, but what unnecessary hassle for both of us! The staff said lack of readable menus was management's choice, and its so, so silly.
I almost went to a different store aside from the staffs assistance saving the experience. Every other store has a place to read your options on paper or a customer tablet. Why make it harder to shop at your store?
