So I've been shopping here for 3 years now and Chris, the owner is Amazing. However 2 weeks ago I kept calling the store and the phone was off the hook so I went in and a manager named Sammy was working. I kindly told her that I've been calling and I think your phone is off the hook, instantly she got offended and mad at me, and run to the back and confirmed that the phone was off the hook. Ever since that day everytime i go in now she is super unprofessional to me doesn't greet me nor does she look at me when making a purchase. I think this behavior is super unprofessional and she needs retraining as a Manager. She has no costumer service skills. And as a Manager she is acting like a child. As a loyal costumer I am very disappointed that the upper management know about Sammy's behavior towards me and this continues to happen everytime I walk in and she is working .
