| My husband frequents this location almost everyday, if not every other day. So they have this mystery box that they sell for 30 dollars. There are many different kinds. So he buys three of them. They end up all being the same one. So he goes back in speaks to the bud tender, hes hoping he can exchange, get a refund or even store credit for one of them. They tell him to come back on Tuesday when the Manager is in. Tuesday comes along, My husband leaves for Amsterdam for work, He asked me to go in there. I spoke to the bud tender, he tells me Manager is on his break and I should come.back in 15 min. So I wait in my car. I come back and the same bud tender tells me "He spoke with the guy that sold it to him, and my husband was told they are all the same prior to buying them" I said no because he wouldn't of bought 3 if they were all the same. He said no he was told twice. At this point I didn't even get to see the manager that I waited for. Just was told No. Waited 9 hours for my husband to land and told him the story. He's livid! He said that was not told to him, otherwise he wouldn't of bought the 3 boxes. So long story short. Return policy is crap! And they will be losing a good customer over a 30 dollar box. Funny thing is the bud tender that said he spoke with the person that sold it to him, was actually him! My husband gave me his description and it was him. So odd he would say that. I wonder if he even told the manager I came in. Oh well. They lost a Go .. | ||
