| Hands down your best choice for bud in Sylvan. The manager Kathleen is an absolute gem! 💎 Herself and her team are very knowledgeable on all thier product and always give me great suggestions. They also price match anywhere in Central Alberta, possibly even all of Alberta. I won't shop anywhere else for my herb. 5+/5 🌟 | ||

| Just went into Oz to purchase a bag. Told Lino or whatever his name is that the prices were alot more expensive than where I bought the same bag last time, he proceeded to say "Shame on you if you're going to compare me to places like Canna Cabana" and was very rude and aggressive about it. I replied by saying "Well shame on me I guess" as I walked out the door he said some more vulgar comments my way, so I told him to get his ego in check. He then proceeded throw the change for which my girlfriend was paying for on the counter and tell his employee to watch it, as if she would steal her own change? At the same time charge at me through the front doors and play tough guy, bumping his chest into mine saying "Nobody disrespect me in my shop". He then insinuated threats, saying "This isn't over", "you'll regret this", and whatever other childish comments he had to make. When he went back inside he told my girlfriend "You better make sure you talk to your boyfriend about making a Google review" and stormed off into the back. I was able to get his demenour on camera to show his aggression towards customers. He then took a photo of my license plate before I left for what reason, idk. Completely unprofessional establishment. Don't waste your time. | ||
