| By far the worst location and no point ever joining the $1 club as they never have the pre-roll . The staff in the front are VERY HELPFUL and polite and well mannered but sadly due to EXTREMELY POOR management most customers probably take the frustration out on the Great staff. Once again the staff in the front are are absolutely amazing and helpful. Fire the manager lol | ||

| Moved to Tillsonburg from Toronto and out of all the store I've been to "The Underground" is by far the best atmosphere Dougie and Jess have been helpful beyond expectations. Clearly everyone else on here says the same . Time to give those 2 a raise 😉😉 | ||
