This business is often closed during regular hours with no notice and constantly has staffing issues — the Baltzan location is no different. When they are open, they've even kept the store running while a concrete crew was pouring right outside. It looks unprofessional, creates a poor experience for customers, and makes it harder for the workers doing their job. Overall, both locations leave a bad impression and seem poorly managed.
