Have been a customer for years, bought a disposable yesterday after work that turned out to be extremely burnt. Called today right after work at 4:13 requesting if it could be exchanged/returned due to being faulty. Girl on phone said she would call me back in a few minutes, called back at 5:30 saying all they could do is offer me 5% off on the next one I buy (the same discount they bribe people to give them five stars for here lol) because it was past the warranty that she didn't explain without coaxing. Was a "24 hour" warranty which I think I could've maybe made if the question was replied to promptly. Regardless, I lost 40+$ due to a faulty product of there and am the one losing- a 5% discount isn't helpful lol. All other dispensaries I've been to have been much more reasonable with faulty products.
