Although I wasn't there with my friend during the session in Waterloo, hearing about the way he was treated is really concerning. It's frustrating to know that despite presenting a valid government-issued ID, the staff refused to take the time to verify it properly and simply dismissed it.
Customer service should always prioritize professionalism and respect, especially when it comes to something as straightforward as verifying ID. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it's a shame that this experience has left such a negative impression on my friend.
