| Decided to give this place 1 last chance today! I called to ask about prices and who I assume is the manger sounded pretty arrogant and would not tell me ! Yet all other stores in St. Albert can give prices over the phone (even the other canna cabana !!! ) also the place I needed to price match called this location and the guy was extremely rude to him and told him that he couldn't say the price?!? How stupid ! We've never had any good interactions at this location! They are extremely rude , when you arrive at the store we are never talked to very nicely. From a customer service point of view their tone and attitude is horrible! I would be horribly disappointed by the lack of service if I was the manger at this location! | ||

| This location is amazing! The workers here are decent! But the one I always go to is Jerome! He is such an amazing worker! And really knows what he's talking about! He knows literally everything! I have no idea how! But he does! He always points me in the right direction and has never disappointed! The thing I love about this place is that they allow you to put in requests and if they can get it in they will for you! | ||

| My fiance and I always used to come here. But I will no longer be supporting this company as for the 3rd time their website and employees say they have something , we order on line and when we waste time to go there they do not have what we wanted . It's becoming ridiculous! Especially today when the younger man said that theirs stuff that says it's in their inventory and it hasn't been in 2 months . I have worked in retail for years and I would never want any of my customers to have the experience and waste time to show up and have nothing of what they had ordered on line! | ||
