| People are always nice , never had a problem. Until today, I have been waiting outside for 25 minutes now as there is a sign that says "be right back". Stuff happens , whatever. However I have been out here for 25 minutes now , so I give the place a call and I'm not expecting anyone to answer but a women does . I said "are you guys gonna open the store anytime soon" her response "I'm on break, I will be back at 845". Is this a joke , u guys just close for 30min to an hour during your open hours of operation?! Also ur off in 2 hours, why are you taking a break right now ? It would also have been nice to know how long you guys are closed for, like a certain amount of time. Not just having a sign that says "Be right back". Closing for half an hour to an hour is not "be right back". Having your customers standing outside or in their cars for that amount of time is crazy and super unprofessional. | ||
