I moved to Toronto but still came here sometimes because the staff were always nice and friendly. But today, it was different staff, and now I have to come all the way back just because I forgot my physical ID one damn time. I get that it's the law, and I understand, but it's still ridiculous—zero flexibility and an annoying attitude. Wats the point of membership???? Plenty of other cannabis stores out there, lol. Peace out. Ps recommend visiting at night the staff are way nicer.
