Bought the Stundenglass piece from here, and it was missing one of the glass globes when I got home and opened the box, so its not able to be used. I called asking about return policy but they say they cant accept returns for glassware.. I get it returns for used goods, but this is unused and missing pieces and they still wont accept a return! Do not waste money on buying accessories here; as if youre missing stuff from the box they will not help you Edit: Bumped my score up a star as they saw this review and tried calling back to remedy the situation by trading it for a replacement unit. Though, by the time I got their call, I already bought a whole new unit somewhere else to replace this one as they told me they couldnt accept the return in the first call I made. Still a very unpleasant time due to wasting so much money on a unit missing pieces but at least they tried to fix the issue (only after reading this review). Edit 2: Called this morning and talked with their staff and we moved past the miscommunication, their staff were very helpful once we got past it, and processed the refund. I have bumped the review up to 5 stars due to how quickly everything was dealt with and how friendly everyone was.
