One Plant Barrhaven, Nepean ON
Over the last few months, I've noticed this store really struggling. They seem unable to keep a lot of items in stock and the prices aren't what they used to be. But what annoys me the most is the customer service has gone way downhill. After a rude interaction with an employee, I went to Tokyo smoke. They literally had every single item I was looking for at a third less of the cost I was used to paying. To the rude female employee who pushed me to another store, Thank you! You saved me a lot of money if I never go back to One Plant!
