| If I could give zero I would! Myself and my husband have been going to this location for the past two years and never any issues…the last time I was there I received wrong information from Adriane, I called, she explained it's not her fault cause she can't see packaging, but I brought my previous disposable pen with me to show exactly what I wanted, I would think that they should know what their products entails . I then spoke to the Manager Nicole who basically also took no accountability and honestly just didn't care, proceeded to argue with me. As a manager, your job is to deescalate a situation not escalate. Very disappointed with customer service and will never return to this location! Nicole you dealt with this situation so poorly! | ||
