Great display of all products, but asking for a tip at checkout on the machine is wrong at a retail establishment. Why are you asking for tips for the same thing any other retail job? Edit response to the owner: Your response insinuates that if I do not tip I will not receive the exceptional service from staff which they are paid a wage to provide without bias. Again, you are a retail business not a service industry that has traditionally provided lower pay to employees because they relied on tips.
