My husband and zi walk in, cheery attitude and greeted with the expected question what can I get for you? I responded a smile to start would be nice i said with a smile, for a blank stare and a what cani get for you to be returned coldly. Ouch You can have location and price but if the customer service is cold don't expect to have much buisness. I almost walked out
