| The Girl working on Tuesday August 19th at 5:50 was very professional, and refused to stop being unkind. I mentioned to her I saw a cheaper battery (I asked for the cheapest battery)online at this store and she turned angry. After that she was unpleasant. The battery did not work. I brought it in for an exchange no big deal. She wanted to put my money back on my card, I asked if we could do an exchange instead and then she got very mad and said I was being rude (i am a very kind person) and not to come back to that store. I hope the owner reviews the video and listens to our conversation I was extremely shocked. Clearly something was wrong and it wasn't with me.This is the worse experience I've ever had at a store. As a cannabis store this should be unheard of. This store most definitely hired the wrong people for working at a till. Never will i come back and I highly recommend no one else does. Left very upset through a simple purchase. After this I found out the other store I way cheaper. | ||
