| I hate giving poor reviews, but unfortunately I've now had two terrible experiences at Moksha Cannabis (Bayview). With so many options available, I'd recommend just finding somewhere else to buy your goods. Their customer service is atrocious. Perhaps it's just the one employee who's been present both times - she wouldn't provide her name, but she upsold me on flower when I had asked for PRs, which led to her raising her voice and me leaving with no intention of ever returning. In a competitive industry where service wins, this store barely deserves the single star I'm forced to award them. PS. I don't want the 10% off for posting this review. | ||
