| My son raves about this place so I had to try it out. Greeted warmly by Dustin who escorted me to the where all the goodies were and passed me off to Sophie, who was just the cutest and knowledgeable budtender. Of course just my luck I dropped my ID which then decided to slide right under their counter and she was there right next to me on all fours helping me wrestling it out. I purchased a Indica Sunfarms cartridge and picked up one of their deals they had going for packs of pre rolls. While waiting for my goodies Soph offered me complimentary lemonade AND a fresh baked cookie! It was still warm! Amazing and wonderful service! Finally a dispensary downtown with competitive prices and great customer service! Highly recommend | ||

| Look no further!! I have found a dispensary I can call home! 🥰 I was greeted by a friendly older gentleman as well as a female voice I came to know as Elise (hope I spelled it right). Elise was not only knowledgeable on cannabis, but very pleasant and welcoming. I had already known what I wanted by going online and simply showed her my phone and what I had in my cart. She recommended that although online shopping is fun and convenient, to maybe stop in next time and browse around at see what's in store, as I was in a bit of a hurry, which was very nice. The interior is well done with clean, Fresh and modern vibes, the Cloud29 bags are thee cutest sophisticated bags to ever carry my ganja! 😂 AND it's woman owned! ❤️ I purchased a Black Cherry Punch Indica vape pen with accessory. Elise was awesome with amazing customer service, very welcoming, great vibe. I'll definitely be back, it's worth the short drive from downtown where there are MANY shops, to come here not only for the service but products and pricing as well as the knowledgeable staff! I almost forgot to mention the Snack Bar! Upon leaving Elise, offered me my choice of goodies and munchies from the snack bar, free of charge! Overall wonderful experience! | ||

| I was skeptical to visit this location due to the reviews. It's so close to me I decided to give it a try anyway and ordered online for pickup. I was greeted right away, was given good personalized service, free popcorn and beverage. Even threw in free screens for my pipe purchased. Upon leaving I was told to have a wonderful day and thanked for visiting Top Shelf. Prices are just okay, selection is half decent. Still searching for the ultimate dispensary though | ||
