| We are regular customers at a few different locations in the north of the city, We always stop by when we're in the city to stock up on our nightly Gummies. We live an hour and a half out of town and always stop at Canna Cabana, but today was the first & last time we will bother with the East Hills location. I went in ready to spend $100 on gummies, and the guy behind the counter was flat-out rude, telling me "nope" and that I could only buy 4 packs, Because he couldn't tell me the $100 purchase I wanted because it was illegal to sell me that much. That's not even true. Legally in Alberta, I can buy up to 45 packs of 10 mg gummies in one transaction. So not only was the service dismissive, but the staff clearly don't even know the law they're supposed to be following. If you can't treat customers with respect or get the basics right, don't expect repeat business. | ||
