| They have a good selection but as a whole, the company needs to come up with a loyalty program. Literally every other store has something like such to thank the loyal customers and to bring them back. Select cannabis, fire n flower, even uncle Sam's and uncle Sam's is lame. I only go to crown when I don't feel like taking the trip to select and I tend to buy more at select because of point collecting and getting up to 10% off. I know it's not a lot but it's still something to keep bringing me back. I really hope crown will do this. Perhaps call the points "crowns" and after say 500 crowns, u get 5 % off. 800 crowns for 10% off purchase. Something simple will keep everyone happier for customers and business. All that being said however, the staff members are great at Crown Cannabis at all locations. | ||
