| I had a very disappointing experience today at 5pm. The staff was rude and each time I come to this location it's the same lady, she's unprofessional, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. I was left waiting far longer than necessary with no communication or apology. When I finally did get assistance, it was rushed and careless. The overall environment felt disorganized and understaffed. I expected basic courtesy and efficiency, but this place failed on every level. I will not be returning and would not recommend it to anyone. | ||
