Moved to the area and started getting my goods at five point. Every visit has been amazing, friendly and knowledgeable employees with great recommendations and easy to get caught up in a convo with any of the very personable employees here. HIGHly recommend this shop!!!

Love this little shop in my neighbourhood, the staff are all INCREDIBLE, I have never once had anything resembling a negative experience. Great product knowledge, recommendations, and always a good chat with anyone who is working. Not to mention, incredible pricing on high quality product!!! This store is carefully curated and it shows in the product selection. Today I had a little issue with a pr blunt that didn't seem to have been filled with flower (surely a one off), but they exchanged it with no issues very quickly. Always impressed by this place and HIGHly recommend getting your cannabis products here!!!

Will never come here again. Was a regular customer until this evening, I placed an order online, got charged for the item, showed up to the store and they said they didn't have my order. I showed them the charge on my banking app and at first the guy at the counter said "what do you want us to do about it" as if it was my issue, I told him I'm not sure but it's YOUR problem to figure out. I was told that they are having technical issues, and after a call to someone named Rebecca I was told to come back during the week days for a refund??? While in the store the guy behind me in line also found out that the name on his account had been changed which was happening to him almost everytime he came in he'd find out the name and info was changed on his account. Sounds like their online system is incredibly unsecured - definitely do not sign up with your personal info, ID, or banking information!!! How did I just leave this store with no product and no refund?! EDIT: I spoke with the manager today who was helpful and actually offered me an explanation as to why I could not be issued a refund at the time - I wish the employees working at the time were a bit more knowledgeable about the online system to explain this to me rather than give me attitude as if they should have to actually help a customer. thank you to Rebecca for working to resolve my issue.
