It takes a lot for me to feel the need to give one star to a place, however after reading the last review that was left I feel like it's necessary. I have been coming to this herb place since they opened, and was always happy with the customer service that I received. Today was the last day that I will ever step foot into this location. I was parking my car in the parking lot, with my passenger (who is of age) and my two dogs. There was two ladies who obviously work there, smoking up in the front. (description of the lady was very well written by the previous review). Since we had two pups in the car, and there's a policy written on the doors of Tokyo smoke asking to have your furry friends wait outside, I stayed back in the car to make sure that my dogs had some AC. Before my sister (who had her I.D) even was able to close the car door, she was told that she won't serve her, as both of us in the vehicle need to come in and show I.D… Her tone and delivery of the message was extremely rude. (almost like she needs to smoke a little bit more to chill out). You could tell her co-worker was a little bit embarrassed about this interaction. Got right back in our car and drove down the street to purple meadows! If you want good customer service and better prices, that is the place to go! Super disappointed, as the whole team at Tokyo smoke used to love when my whole family used to come in :) customer service has changed dramatically.
