Everybody I've had the pleasure of speaking with there was extremely knowledgeable, honest, personable and welcoming. A solid group of people who care about getting people the right products. As long as I'm in Fernie this will be my go to store. | ||

| Placed an order online for a specific ounce, walked all the way from my house which is about 5km, I got all the way there just to find out it was a mix up in the system and they don't have it. Well they need to have my phone number for me to place my order, can somebody not take the time and inform me before I walk across the river just to find out its not there? You would think so but apparently not. It's just a big stupid chain store. Dime a dozen, with terrible pricing only reason I was even going is because it was on sale. Can safely safe that was my first and last time in a choom store. I had a bad feeling before I left my house and I should have listened to it. | ||
