| Buyer beware, this company has no return policy. This means no matter what is wrong, they will do nothing to help you, no exchanges which is all I wanted. I received a faulty cartridge today and got a "shorted" error on BOTH of my batteries. Tried older carts on the same batteries, no shorted error, so something is clearly wrong with this cart in particular. I spoke with an employee who sounded a bit new to the job, he asked his manager and his manager told me I just need a new battery. They then said that there was nothing they could do when I told him I have 2 batteries that work fine with literally every other cart except this one. I asked him if they've ever done an exchange or refund for anyone ever, just in general, and he told me no and to contact the company that made the cart instead. So… i'm out $30 and when I try to contact the company their voicemail box is full, LOL. Me and my boyfriend have ordered delivery almost weekly as of late, that stops today. Your driver is still a cool dude tho ✌🏻Feel free to contact me directly if you'd like to make this right, i'll gladly take my review down if the issue is resolved. | ||
