| i bought a new cartridge for my pen and when i got home i noticed it was half opened. once fully opened i noticed it was super sticky and had hairs stuck to it. i called not even 30 minutes after purchase and talked to the lady i had bought it from. (she was amazing and so apologetic) she told me she would leave a note and i could bring it back the next day. when i came in, a different lady took it from me and said she had to go hit it in the back to see if it worked. i thought that was strange but i sat and waited. after some time she came back out and said she had no problems when she was hitting it and couldn't do anything for me. she said i could have it back which i declined. i was grossed out when i had opened it and even more grossed out that she had been hitting it and expected me to want it back. they didn't offer to exchange it which was what i had expected from the call before. i told her to keep it and i left. a waste of money. a waste of time. i feel like a karen typing this but i'm super disappointed/annoyed. | ||
