| Just because you own a store doesn't mean you own the parking lot. Also, I've seen many replies that the owner has responded to, and it's far from professional. It DOES have something to do with the store and how it affects everyone's day to day activities on that strip of land. You want people to remove their one stars because it looks bad. So what?
