| Get there at 10:35am, they opened only a half hour before yet I wait outside for 20 minutes while there's a sign on the door saying be back in 10. Watched 5 different people try to get in before not bothering to wait. Who's on break 30 minutes into shift lol. Good work Tristan Can't even smell a candle before you purchase it?? Have to buy a non refundable item to know if you like the smell or not? Not like I'm asking you yo open a pack of joints or a bag of weed here. ITS. A. CANDLE. Literally any other retailer I've gone too have had no issues with simply taking off the lid to smell a candle. Absolutely crazy | ||

| They're more interested in harassing for an ID when you first walk in instead of focusing on customer service. I get it, no minors allowed but I can goto a liquor store and browse without being harassed. Made me want to leave the store immediately, maybe start with a "hey, how can I help you" Or maybe a nice "HAPPY 420 man, how can we help!" I got 1 foot in and they asking for an ID, get lost. | ||
