I had a disappointing experience at this shop. The staff couldn't locate my account after two attempts and simply gave up, refusing to honor my discount. Instead of helping, they just pointed at a device and told me to figure it out myself. This lack of effort and poor customer service is unacceptable. If you're getting paid to help customers, actually help them. I won't be coming back.
