I go to spiritleaf often, as there are great deals and lots of variety for options. I however, during my visit today, did not expect to be interrupted, talked over, and snapped at while I was in the store. Yes, I had forgotten my ID, so the female worker had EVERY right to ask me to leave the store. Except that she did so with absolutely NO customer service at all. She was blunt, rude, and not professional in the slightest when dealing with this situation. I attempted to mention that I had an account with Spiritleaf and she did not let me speak. Instead, she spoke louder over me and said that I needed to "walk out of the store right this second. The sign is on the door right behind you." I suggest you speak to your employees about what they think customer service really is. I will be refusing service from this employee in the future, and will be reaching out to the manager. Thanks.
