| I used to think this place was fine, despite the rumours of unkind staff because I never had a bad experience. I recently went with a friend who has a brain injury and when he gets a bit tired, he can start to slur, but he walks straight and his eyes are not glassy. You would not believe how holier-than-thou and rude the cashiers were to us. For shame! Just because it's downtown, not everybody who comes through is impaired on drugs and alcohol just because their speech is not clear. I was absolutely disgusted. I personally have never had trouble, but the way staff treated me when my friend and I went there was deplorable. Please train your staff in basic customer service. So gross. | ||
