| I have been going to Firesale Southland since Rob started working there. There's been a few times that the prices on the board were wrong, and an apology was given for the error. Yesterday, I decided to purchase a Bong that was listed in the showcase as $24.08, but yet I noticed,when I got home, that I was charged $28.57. I returned to Firesale today and questioned Rob why I was charged extra. Upon checking his register, he said that the blue bong in the showcase was showing even a lower price at $20 and change and that because I bought a "pink" colour then it was $8 more. SERIOUSLY! Why didn't the gal who sold this item to me not tell me that secret. Rob did apologize once again for errors that seem to occur on a regular basis, it seems. Apologies don't cut it for me when I am a regular custom, and a senior on a budget. $8.00 is better in my pocket then a well profiting business. | ||
