| Worst experience that I've had at a dispensary. Sold me an empty vape and refused to return it. It's been 30 minutes now and this vape is still completely dry. Just because smoke comes out doesn't mean its not empty. They smoke a bit even when they're empty and a real customer service rep would know that. Making Canna Cabana look so bad. Managers a complete Karen (look and everything) and was rude to me before even listening to what I had to say. Worst customer service I'm honestly shocked. What a waste of my 40 dollars, and more so time. If the owner wants to contact me feel free to reach out. Your employees have no care for customer experience/ retention would rather argue. | ||
