| Absolutely disgusting service im a die hard canna cabana girl and this location is less the sub par. I went in there to return a product that had a burnt coil (tasted like burnt hair) when I went in I was greeted by Rachel. Rachel told me she needed to take my disposable vape into the back and try it to make sure it was defective. She took my vape, smoked it in the back room and then came up front where juan (the manager) proceeded to tell me he could not return the vape because it was from a different location (which is completely fine) my issue is now that Rachel took my product that I paid for... smoked it in the back where I couldn't see her put her lips on my product and I repeat SMOKED MY PRODUCT!! Just to be told I cant return it and sent me on my way. Juan then proceeded to tell Rachel that the prodocal was to take the customer out front and have them show you that its defective not smoke it in the back room on shift! So now im sent away with a burnt coil vape that the employee smoked some of on my dime just to send me away all while not following proper protocol. I would recommend the amazing staff over on 14th street any day super friendly super helpful so so respectful and knowledgeable when it comes to products. | ||
