The old lady that works here is absolutely useless. Has conversations with people while the store is full of other customers waiting and constantly gives incorrect product information. Secondly lucid has consistently increased their prices. Where they used to be some of the most competitive in town now they are clearly the most expensive. Avoid.

Been coming here for a long time. Was one of my favourite and go to spots in spruce grove. Politely called and asked for a strain on a product. The blonde girl couldn't figure it out and proceeded to lie to me saying there wasn't one. After coming in and asking for the product info the girl still couldn't figure it out. Incompetent workers ruin the experience.
