| My first visit to Bud Express was absolutely delightful! From the moment I walked in, Joanne greeted my dog, Austin, with liver treats and me with warmth instantly making us feel comfortable (Austin is a very shy puppy). The exceptional service we received was complemented by Joanne's friendly demeanor, which truly fostered a sense of belonging. What I value most in a business is its ability to create a sense of community, and Bud Express excels in this area. The wall adorned with adorable puppy pictures adds an ADORABLE touch, and I was thrilled when Joanne offered to take a picture of Austin to contribute to the collection! I also loved the suggestion board for products that customers want - it's a white board you can write on. When I mentioned a product I was interested in, Joanne quickly pulled it up and informed me about when the next order will be submitted. The quality of the products is top-notch, and the service was simply outstanding. Overall, it was a great first experience, and I'm glad that your positive vibes are a part of our community! 😊 | ||
