Was just in. I always show a picture of what I want, employee was nice enough. Gave me two options, one a brand I had before. Said I would take it. He didn't show me the product before I paid, as I was walking out it was an item with no THC (my pic had 20mg) so I said I would exchange it for the other one.
Unfortunately, he apparently could do nothing for me. Other than offer me a discount on a product like the one I actually wanted. I asked if he could at least contact someone. He said wouldn't make a difference.
Again nice enough, but now I am stuck with a 30 dollar product I do not want because the employee made a mistake.
Would change my review if contacted by store for a refud on the unopen product that was in my hands less than a min when I realized it was wrong...didn't even leave the store. Paid, looked and noticed and asked to exchange based on employees mistake.
Was looking to send an email to the company to get a refund. Couldn't find one on website. So this is the next best place.
As apparently 'legislation by govt" is the reason, if you are buying from this location ensure you check product before purchase. Wish I had, but employee didn't hand it to me till after it was purchased.
