I had a wonderful experience here today. As a non smoker myself, I was buying a gift and had no clue where to begin. Chantal was very helpful with her suggestions and had a lot of patience for all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and experienced and had wonderful customer service (Something that's very hard to find these days) It can be nerve wracking going in not knowing anything, but she made me feel completely comfortable.
