The girl with the glasses is so rude. I have worked at a weed store before I know its not a hard job and she was acting like I was being difficult but I wasnt. Went to a different store after this interaction

The manager here is definitely not capable of running a business. is completely incompetent and extremely unprofessional. hired me and didnt make me sign any kind of employment contract. I worked there for 7 months and out of the blue one day he TEXTS me to come bring my keys in. basically firing me over text. fired me with no notice at all. states i was a temporary employee which i never agreed to. after he fired me i went to employment standards because he owed me termination pay. fought with him for over 6 MONTHS to get my termination pay. and he lied through his teeth to the employment standard girl saying i signed something saying i was allowed to be fired with no notice. why would i ever sign anything saying that. After fighting with him through employment standards for 6 months i finally got my terminal pay. proving he wrongfully fired me. DONT SUPPORT PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!!
