| Downright discriminated by the manager of this store. I shop here every day or two. The manager is housing a homeless person's dog in the lobby area and is not leashing the dog and the dog is the size of a St. Bernard. The manager refused me service because I have my dog with me ( on Leash ) And as soon as I open the door To enter the business, this dog bolts outside and gets right into my dog face. Refusing me service because my dog is Apparently aggressive With other dogs. This is a business that is pet friendly. But apparently only the manager's pets are approved. I am 100% not at fault. My dog was leashed. Refusing me services because of the look of my dog. Even delightfully, giving me the middle finger as I was leaving the business. It's an RMWB law To leash, your dog anywhere in public. To say that my dog was the aggressive one when I didn't even get into the store because the dog that she was housing was off leash and approached my dog as soon as I get the door open. This woman needs a reality check. Thanks to this manager she has now sparked an investigation with… Bylaw Her own personal corporate manager - Head office for Cana Cabana. And this very delightful Google review. This manager should not have a job in customer service and is a very terrible person in general. I'd like to see her lie. Everything has been video recorded By me And under the video surveillance in the store. I am not going to stop until I have a resolution For this corrupt store man .. | ||
