| EDIT: after speaking with Thomas, he agreed to buyback the product and provided me with the correct item. Very polite and the store is fun to look around. I appreciate your understanding and transparency! gave me the wrong product when I clearly stated what I want (I even clarified twice for her). when I got home, I opened it and realized it was the wrong item (same packaging, just different label). I wasn't offered a receipt or chance to make a membership so I'm stuck with something I don't want because your cashiers have terrible communication skills. | ||

| Clean and welcoming. There was a slight misunderstanding that was handled professionally (thank you again for your consideration!!), and I felt comfortable connecting with the staff. Good quality glass and concentrate selection is reasonable. As well, one of the few identifiable options within the Durham region that carries rig accessories! | ||
