Used to love going to this store, always had a great experience. Ever since Kenny left this place has gone downhill very fast. Staff used to be super helpful and knowledgeable and now you ask for one thing and they give you something else. Have been in there while multiple people have come back because they were sold the wrong things. I've showed up at least 5 times in the last month to them being closed while they're supposed to be open. They hardly have any inventory anymore. This used to be my favourite place to go but now we mostly go to Shawnessy. Kenny used to care about his customers, inventory, quality of staff… not hard to tell that place has dramatically changed since he left!
