Unprofessional staff and an extremely disrespectful owner I parked in the clearly marked customer parking behind the store because I was going in to shop at their store. The moment I stepped out of my car, the landlord/owner drove up aggressively and told us we had to move. I was confused because I was literally parked in Glenora's customer parking and that's exactly where I was headed. Before I could even explain, he cut me off, raised his voice, and said he would immediately get our car towed—right there on the spot. This was completely unnecessary and hostile. We still chose to move our car out of respect, but when I came back to calmly explain that he could've just spoken to us properly, he became even ruder. To make things worse, when I went inside to purchase something, I was refused service for absolutely no valid reason. I was treated with open hostility from the start, and the whole interaction left me feeling singled out and unwelcome. Whether intentional or not, the way we were spoken to and dismissed felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. I've never experienced treatment like this at any business. I simply tried to shop here and was met with disrespect, aggression, threats to tow my car, and a refusal to serve me. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a business in this community.
