| Been going here for 2-3 years it seems every time there's a problem with a product your referred to contact the company. When you buy a 50$ cart and a 30$ battery and both break there's a problem .along with many other issues it's frustrating to basically waste your money then be given not our responsibility speach. At what point is it the companies responsibility to reach out for the customers buying the products to receive a working item. Yocan pro vape was told was the best used 500puffs broken.. two other carts clog right away and unable to be smoked having juice come through the mouth piece.. and bongs so fragile even knocking them causes them to break.though the last one Is still alive I've been through 5/6 before that in one year compared to what I've had which is over a year | ||
