| Spent over 3 years coming here almost exclusively. Simply to collect the loyalty rewards points on each purchase. One day i was going to cash in and collect. Only to be told without warning that the points are all wiped and there's nothing they can do. Im left with no reason to continue shopping here. It would be nice if loyalty went both ways in today's world. (Want to be clear, the staff is amazing and friendly. Product is great. You should absolutely shop here, please support them. This is a personal issue). Loyalty points don't usuallly just get wiped across the board, without warning. | ||
