Walked in with my partner, asking for 14g of a few certain brands, immediately asked for IDs- which is completely understood even though we are both 10+ years above legal age limit- my partner didn't have their ID, however I did. My partner was asked to leave, however was still able to ask the employee for certain items as I had no clue what we usually purchase. Employee continued responding with an attitude that the brands we were requesting weren't available (never once suggesting an alternative-clearing not wanting the business) After my partner had left the location, after being told by employee they don't have what we are requesting, I began to question what they did have for 14g. Employee stated with an attitude "we have nothing of that quality", to which I replied "Do you have anything you can sell me for 14g?" Which then was a "no" and the employee walked away, which I took as she can't continue serving me. The interaction was incredibly different than any other experience we've had walking into countless dispensaries within Toronto and the GTA. The customer service was disappointing to say the least, especially leaving empty handed and turned down by the employee. First & last time we will ever visit this dispensary.

Sessions is always a go to spot for me when it comes to needed flower in a hurry. The staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable and always have the best quality products stocked up. Best part of shopping with Sessions is their loyalty program as well as their extensive $5 product list. Definitely recommend!

Just visited this location, needed some bud on a late Wednesday night. There was actually quite a bit of a line, however once greeted by Mitch the experience began haha. Mitch was incredibly knowledgeable about all products within the store. He was very personable and quite frankly made my partner & I continuously laugh to the point where we just wanted to hang out with Mitch! His friendly vibes, jokes, and of course being an expert of weed, we will be going back soon! Definitely didn't think I would have that much fun picking up weed. Thanks Mitch!
