| They lack customer service!! I visit them multiple times a week and I never had a problem with them. Today at around 6:30PM, there were two employees which I've never met before. They refused to sell to me because I was looking younger than my age and I didn't have an ID, I said I can show you online or a picture. The reason why I was not carrying an ID because I thought they are familiar with my face, I said I'm a regular customer here but they denied which was fair on their part. After everything I asked them if they have a particular product in stock, so that when I come back with an ID, it would be worth it because its a 15 min walk from my place one way. GUYS, YOU WERE RIGHT WHEN YOU REFUSED TO SELL BUT ATLEAST HAVE A SMILE ON YOUR FACE, I'M YOUR CUSTOMER NOT SOMEONE WHO CAME THEIR TO BEG. HAVE SOME RESPECT. IS IT A NIGHTMARE FOR YOU GUYS TO WORK FOR CONSUMER CANNABIS? | ||
